The Summer of Love is Lore's first collaborative dinner series — two evenings across July and August, each one built with a kitchen we respect. A shared menu, conceived together and cooked together.
Some courses come from Seth. Some come from the guest kitchen. Some are made in the seam between the two — dishes that required both points of view to exist. The evening holds together as a single, coherent thing.

The Lore x Petite Percebes
Chef Seth Stowaway welcomes Fidel Caballero and the team behind Corima — the Michelin-starred, New York Times two-star modern Northern Mexican restaurant in NYC's Chinatown — to San Francisco for two evenings of collaborative tasting. Over ten courses, Seth and Fidel will draw on the Chihuahuan desert, California's larder, and the spirit of sharing that defines both restaurants. Twenty seats each evening.
FRI & SAT, AUGUST 7 & 8
The Lore x Corima
Chef Seth Stowaway welcomes Natalie Avitia and Lucas Dai Pra of Petite Percebes to The Lore for two evenings of pristine seafood and peak summer produce. Known for their acclaimed oyster bar pop-ups and over fifteen years in California fine dining, the Oakland-based duo bring a deep commitment to the ingredients and rhythms of the Northern California coast — foraged, farmed, and fished. The menu is built exclusively for these two nights. Twenty seats each evening.
What to expect at the table
Some courses come from Seth's kitchen. Some from the collaborating chefs. A few exist only because both were in the room, made in the space between two sensibilities. The menu reads as one thing.

Each night will seat a maximum of twenty people. The intimacy isn't incidental, it's what makes a collaborative dinner feel like a dinner and not a performance.
